Sausage Meatballs

I learned this recipe through my sister in law. She taught me how to cook this Sausage Meatballs. I tried other meatballs few years back, but this is a different kind of taste. It is delicious as well. I asked permission from her if I could share this recipe to others. I’m glad that she did allowed me to do so.

Anyway, she don’t want her name to be mention, but this recipe credits to her. This is just pretty simple to prepare and all ingredients are easy to find.

Preparation Time: 30 to 45 minutes (it depends how fast you are)
Cooking Time: 20 – 25 minutes (375 degrees)

INGREDIENTS:
2 Pound (LB) Sausage
1 ½ Cup Bisquick
4 Cups (16 ounces) Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded
½ Cup Finely Chopped Onions
½ Cup Celery Finely Chopped
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Make 1 inch balls.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet, until golden brown.
5. Makes 6 dozen.

(For more firm, add 1 cup Bisquick and 2 cups Cheese if you like)

You can serve with veggies and hot rice (White or Brown) or you can make Spaghetti Sausage Meatballs in which I usually do since my two boys likes to have it that way.

You can remove some of the grease from the cooked sausage meatballs by putting a paper towel underneath the balls into the separate plate if you want to before transferring it into the serving plate.
